Inspiration: Lily Ana
This is Lily Ana. As a National Judo Athlete, being fit and healthy comes naturally to her. When she's not training for a competition, you can find her in Fitness First's gym having fun. Her favourite things to do in the gym are to run on the treadmill or release stress in their group workout, BODYCOMBAT. She strongly believes that group exercises are good for motivation when it comes to exercising.
