Editor's Note

Being healthy and fit, and feeling beautiful, to me, is the best trend that everyone should follow. This is because unlike other trends, this trend actually makes a difference to your well-being. They are probably the three most fleeting things that our physical bodies possess, and as fate would have it, some of the most important attributes as well. 


The irony? We all know how difficult it is to keep our bodies up to par in both looks and ability. We have all felt that lost of hard earned progress in a flash due to a rogue piece of fried chicken, or an unplanned mid-day nap. Combine these difficulties with the rush and grievances of day-to-day duties, and you think of just giving up.

You’re busy with life, I get that, be it with school, work or taking care of your own family. But even then, there’s many small changes and things you can do to help yourself. Be it a change in how you walk, what you eat or even how you spend your nightly hours, it all helps. After all, it’s the little things in life that matter, the small little helpful reminders that we really are alive.   


Here’s a quick tip I personally like very much, put a cheat day in your plan. Once in a week or even once in a month if you can, this will help you stick to the plan (and you get to eat some Pizza)!
